De Dietrich domino hobs are small cooking units (38cm wide), for a "mix and match" style of cooking.  Dick breast a la plancha, teppan yaki scallops, wok-fried baby vegetables ... your imagination will know no limits.  There is an ideal cooking method and specific energy, be it gas, electricity or induction, for each dish.

The De Dietrich collection is made up of ten domino hobs.  Each hob is made of black glass ceramic set in a stainless steel frame.  You can choose either intelligent touch controls for a modern look, or control knobs for a professional look.

The Continuum domino hob: a choice of one or two zones
This hob gives the option of using either a single zone (40x23cm) for fish kettles or large cooking pots, or two independent zones with two different recipients and settings, thanks to the two groups of autonomous induction units.

The 28cm Crown domino hob: where less is more
A large, 28cm diameter zone which takes up all the surface area.  The hob adapts to the size of the recipient, 10 to 28cm, with no energy loss.  A double-crown induction unit optimizes the surface temperature distribution.

The gas hob: burning bright
For those who cannot imagine cooking without that little blue flame, fill find the gas burner of tradition together with the precision of electronic cooking.  Whether you wish to sear or simmer (small low-power ring - 1kW), this 6kW triple-crown burner is perfect for cooking over a flame.  Enjoy all the advantages without the worries of gas cooking: thermocouple safety unit and automatic re-ignition if the flame goes out.

The Wok induction hob: aesthetically pleasing
Ideal for Chinese recipes; a wok fits snugly into the inwardly curving hob.  Heat is evenly distributed: ingredients are seared in the bottom of the wok on a high heat, and then tossed around the edges to keep hot.

The Plancha hob: for those who appreciate grilled dishes
This hob features a smooth cast-iron hot-plate on which meat and fish can be seared.  It is inserted in a glass ceramic frame to match the other hobs.  It is easy to remove and is dishwasher safe.

The Teppan Yaki electric hob: straight from the land of Ring Sun
The Teppan Yaki hob is meant for delicate dishes in the Japanese tradition, grilled or cooked with no added fat on a smooth stainless steel surface.  Scallops, meat fish and vegetables can be seared in an instant losing neither flavour nor vitamins.  Heat is stronger at the center, whilst the edge keeps the food hot.  There is a groove around stainless steel groove plate that collects juices during cooking and water during cleaning.  A stainless steel scraper simplifies the whole process.
